Another new feature of 5.1, you can now queue for these old world PvP battle grounds via the PvP menu.
All the vehicles have been scaled up to 90, you get some honor for completing the quests. Currently no one on Horde side seems to be queuing for it, so it seems like free honor if you're Alliance.
